Our School Day

The school gates open at 8.40am and everyone is expected to be in class, ready to start lessons by 8.50am.

Morning break is at 10.40am until 11am. 

EYFS and Y1 begin lunch at 12pm, Y2 begin lunch at 12.15pm and KS2 begin lunch at 12.30pm

The afternoon session is 1pm for EYFS and Y1 and 1.15 for the rest of the school. 

All classes do the daily mile at any natural breaks in the afternoon. 

All classes have an enrichment session between 3-3.25pm, this can be listening to a class reader, doing wellbeing activities, watching Newsround or other suitable activities which enrich the learning of the children. 

The day ends at 3.25pm. Extra curriculuar clubs run until 4.15pm 

Our school week equates to 32hours and 55 mins in school.
